One of Bodrum’s most popular breakfast spots, Quzine Breakfast House is located in G\u00fcndo\u011fan District. They prioritize a hospitable and friendly service approach. Open year-round, the venue starts serving at 9:00 AM and continues breakfast service until 5:00 PM. We should warn you not to go without a reservation, as Quzine Breakfast House is a popular place, and it might be difficult to find a spot during the summer season.<\/p>

Quzine Breakfast House, serving in a spacious and comfortable garden, has a peaceful garden atmosphere. The tables are quite far apart, making you feel as if you’re in a modern village garden, creating a pleasant venue.<\/p>

As soon as we sit at our breakfast table, the detox water that arrives is a very elegant treat. This detox water contains: Parsley, unripe Bodrum Mandarin, Rosemary, and Cucumber.<\/p>

On Wednesdays, the G\u00fcndo\u011fan public market is set up on the street where Quzine Breakfast House is located. If you’re going on a Wednesday, be warned that you’ll have to park your vehicle at the market entrance and walk about 100-150 meters.<\/p>

What’s in the Spread Breakfast?<\/h3>

Quzine Breakfast House’s spread breakfast is more than satisfying. The friendly staff serving us added, ‘If any item in our spread breakfast isn’t enough, you can ask for more,’ before leaving us to enjoy our breakfast.<\/p>

The spread breakfast that satisfies both your eyes and stomach includes: Four types of natural jam made by the hands of Quzine Breakfast House owner Mustafa’s mother. They specifically mentioned that no additives are used in making the Crispy Zucchini Jam, Bitter Orange Peel Jam, Damson Plum Jam, and Orange Jam. Perhaps that’s why the jams are a bit runny in consistency.<\/p>

A teapot of tea at the head of your table. The tea stays hot throughout your breakfast because there’s a simple and small stove system under the teapot.<\/p>

A delicious Cheese Platter, a plate of Tomatoes and Cucumbers, Fried Halloumi Cheese, two types of Olive Plates. The olives are from their own gardens…<\/p>

A Stuffed Vegetable Plate, this plate includes two types of stuffed vegetables; two Stuffed Grape Leaves and one Stuffed Zucchini Flower. In winter, Stuffed Cabbage is served instead of Stuffed Zucchini Flower, to use seasonal products.<\/p>

Black Cumin Dried Curd Cheese Plate, Butter, Spiced Fried Potatoes, two types of Pastry, Pi\u015fi (Fried Dough), Spicy Ezme, Mara\u015f \u00c7emen which we loved the taste of, and Eggs with Curd Cheese which we highly recommend you try.<\/p>

Eggs with Curd Cheese is one of Quzine Breakfast House’s special delicacies. They also specially source the Mara\u015f \u00c7emen, we love having such special flavors on breakfast tables. The Cheese Platter was quite satisfying and delicious, we cleaned up the Cheese Platter which we normally don’t pay much attention to.<\/p>

Quzine Breakfast House, which takes care to use local products in their breakfasts, also offers Scrambled Eggs with Kavurma, Menemen, Eggs with Sucuk, Eggs with Past\u0131rma, Eggs with Potatoes, Omelet, and Mandarin Juice as extras. If you have room in your stomach after the spread breakfast, we especially recommend the Menemen and Scrambled Eggs with Kavurma.<\/p>

Mandarin Juice is one of Quzine Breakfast House’s special delicacies. Specially squeezed Mandarin Juice is bottled without any additives, and you can only drink it during the summer months. This special flavor, which runs out towards the end of August, we unfortunately couldn’t taste as it was finished when we visited.<\/p>

BOZUKBA\u011e BREAKFAST PLACE<\/h2>

Although Bozukba\u011f Breakfast Place is within the boundaries of G\u00f6lt\u00fcrb\u00fck\u00fc District, it’s not actually in the center of G\u00f6lt\u00fcrb\u00fck\u00fc. It’s located on the Torba – Yal\u0131kavak road, on B\u00fclent Ecevit Street. It’s one of the most expensive and richest in breakfast options among Bodrum breakfast venues.<\/p>

The ambiance of the place is like a modern farmhouse. When you walk up from the breakfast tables section, you’ll see coops with farm animals like chickens, ducks, goats, and turkeys.<\/p>

The venue is set up on a very large area. Outside the breakfast tables section, there are independent, stylish, and comfortable seating areas where you can drink your coffee and chat. Bozukba\u011f Breakfast Place’s breakfast and service approach is a bit different. This difference is somewhat luxurious and a bit more expensive compared to other places, but we can say that the breakfast variety covers this price difference.<\/p>

What’s in the Spread Breakfast?<\/h3>

Bozukba\u011f Breakfast Place’s spread breakfast is very rich. We were also criticizing their pricing policy, but they deliver what it’s worth.<\/p>

In the spread breakfast; four types of cheese, one of which is grilled on tile. Menemen cooked over embers, Fried Eggs also cooked over embers, four types of Jam, one of which is with curd cheese, two different Olive Plates, Honey, Clotted Cream, and Butter.<\/p>

A generous Tahini+Molasses Plate, a Green Plate consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, and a crispy, hot thin slice of French Fries. In addition to these, freshly baked pita bread and a pot of tea take their place at the edge of your table.<\/p>

The crispy and hot French Fries, tasting like chips, made us happy, we really liked them. The Tahini+Molasses was an extra detail. Although we found the molasses to be a bit scarce, it was nice to eat with fresh bread.<\/p>

The tomatoes and cucumbers are really delicious, and they indicate that their eggs are organic. We also really liked the \u201cMenemen cooked over embers. It’s a nice detail that Menemen\u201d is included in the spread breakfast. Menemen alone can fill your stomach.<\/p>

However, let’s warn you right away that \u201cBozukba\u011f Kahvalt\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 doesn’t have b\u00f6rek and dolma in their menus. The only thing that made us unhappy in their spread breakfasts was the jams. We think it would have been more delicious if they had put jams made by Bodrum\u201d’s local producers on their menu. The jams come from a special producer outside the city.<\/p>

An annoying detail is the parking issue; their parking is also paid. We conveyed this annoying parking fee issue to them. Unfortunately, they stated that the parking operation doesn’t belong to them, but they are looking for a way to solve this problem fundamentally in the coming periods.<\/p>

Kuytu Bah\u00e7e serves in a 3.5-acre tangerine garden in Bitez. It’s a spacious, rustic but comfortable place under the tangerine trees. While sitting at your breakfast table, it’s almost as if you could touch the tangerines on the trees when you raise your hand.<\/p>

\u201cAt Kuytu Bah\u00e7e, breakfast starts at 09:00\u201d in the morning and continues until 16:00 \u201c. In the winter season, breakfast ends at 14:00\u201d. Let’s remind you that the place is closed on Mondays!<\/p>

You can only order the spread breakfast for at least two people. If you come alone, if you don’t have a partner, if you’re single, if your friends have stood you up, you can’t order a spread breakfast. Instead, you can order a breakfast plate that includes almost all the products in the spread breakfast.<\/p>

Right behind the breakfast tables at Kuytu Bah\u00e7e, there’s also a small play area for children. Like wooden swings and seesaws…<\/p>

The spread breakfast of Kuytu Bah\u00e7e, which is a phenomenon among Bodrum breakfast places, was quite filling.<\/p>

\u201cIn Kuytu Bah\u00e7e’s spread breakfast; there’s a Cheese Plate consisting of three types of cheese, an Olive Plate with three types of olives, a plate of Tomatoes and Cucumbers\u201d, Butter, Honey.<\/p>

Four types of jam; Orange Peel Jam, Grated Carrot Jam, Peach Jam, Plum Jam. We really liked the Orange Peel Jam, it melts in your mouth like Turkish delight and isn’t overly sweet. Also, if you can’t get enough of the jams and finish them, you have the chance to ask for more.<\/p>

There’s Fried Squash Blossoms with Cheese, Pi\u015fi (fried dough), Cheese B\u00f6rek, a slice of Cheese Cake, Acuka (spicy pepper paste), Fried Eggs, Long (an Albanian appetizer), and a slice of Watermelon. Of course, a thermos of tea is set at your table before breakfast begins.<\/p>

To summarize Kuytu Bah\u00e7e’s spread breakfast briefly; it was filling and delicious. The B\u00f6rek and Pi\u015fi came to the table hot. They were among the flavors we liked most on the table. The Orange Peel Jam was the most delicious item on the breakfast table for us. We can say it was one of the best jams we’ve eaten at breakfast places.<\/p>

It’s a bit difficult to walk to this spacious, warm-hearted place overlooking Yal\u0131kavak, as you have to climb a long hill. You can reach it with a five-minute car ride from Yal\u0131kavak center, which we think is the best option! If you’re going by taxi, just tell the driver you want to go to Sefte Bah\u00e7e. All taxis in Yal\u0131kavak center know Sefte Bah\u00e7e.<\/p>

All employees of Sefte Bah\u00e7e, a small family business, are family members. The family is of Kosovo origin. That’s why you’ll find touches from Kosovo in their breakfasts.<\/p>

Its location in nature and the spacing between tables provide comfort for everyone. Sefte Bah\u00e7e has four private booths, but if you want to sit in these booths, you must make a reservation. Because most guests prefer to sit in these booths.<\/p>

The hospitality that will impress you as soon as you enter the place was something we really enjoyed too. They welcome you as if you’re coming to your mother’s house for breakfast, not just a breakfast place. Especially Mother Fehmiye’s warm, sincere attitude gives you energy.<\/p>

From the 2023 season onwards, Sefte Bah\u00e7e will be open summer and winter. The place opens at 09:00 and serves until 16:00. Also, we recommend not going to Sefte Bah\u00e7e without a reservation.<\/p>

What’s in the Spread Breakfast?<\/h3>

In Sefte Bah\u00e7e’s spread breakfast; Three types of Cheese they bring from the Thrace region, three types of Jam that change according to the season, a small slice of dried meat they bring from Kosovo, a plate of Tomatoes and Cucumbers, Honey and Cream duo, Butter, a plate of Green Olives, Fried or boiled Eggs according to your preference, Lokum (smaller version of Pi\u015fi. It’s called lokum in Kosovo language.), two types of B\u00f6rek, and the most delicious item on the table, French Fries.<\/p>

Of course, a large pot of tea as soon as you sit at your breakfast table. The tea was very delicious and had a small stove system underneath to keep it constantly hot. We can say we drank tea like real tea.<\/p>

As soon as you sit at the breakfast table, cold foods come first. Then, after a short preparation time, hot foods arrive. Products like B\u00f6rek, Lokum, and French Fries are served hot. Sefte Bah\u00e7e’s b\u00f6reks were hot, crispy, and the most delicious b\u00f6reks we’ve eaten. Lokma, or Pi\u015fi, was also one of our favorite items on the breakfast table.<\/p>

Let’s open a separate paragraph for the French Fries; it was the most delicious French Fries we’ve eaten in recent years. Hot, crispy, and oil-free, we could come here just to eat these French Fries.<\/p>

Apart from these, as extras; you can order Menemen, Pan-fried Kosovo Sausage, Eggs with Sausage, Dried Meat Sausage, Eritme (made from five types of cheese. Although similar to Trabzon M\u0131hlama, it’s a very different flavor.), Egg Bread, Ak\u0131tma (i.e., Crepe. Served with Chocolate, Honey, and Hazelnuts.) and Pancakes to your breakfast table. Eritme is one of Mother Fehmiye’s specialties, we highly recommend you try it.<\/p>

The only thing that made us unhappy at the breakfast table was that only white bread was served. However, we didn’t need bread at all. Because Lokum, or Pi\u015fi, was so delicious and plentiful that we didn’t even open the cover of the bread basket.<\/p>

If you’re looking for a spacious place in touch with nature among Bodrum’s breakfast spots, you might like Kozalak Breakfast House. It’s located in Da\u011fbelen \u201cneighborhood, overlooking Bodrum\u201d. As it’s situated on a hill, there’s a light breeze. Even when Bodrum is extremely hot, the wind makes the environment cooler.<\/p>

Kozalak Bodrum, open year-round, starts serving breakfast at 09:00 AM and continues until 3:30 PM. In winter, you can have breakfast in the closed sections accompanied by a stove. The place is closed on Mondays during the winter season!<\/p>

Their breakfasts are filling and delicious. The place is very spacious and airy. There’s also a small playground for children behind the breakfast tables.<\/p>

A visually appealing and delicious Cheese Platter, three types of Olives (one grilled), Acuka (spicy pepper paste), a slightly spicy Dried Tomato Platter, two Stuffed Grape Leaves, \u00c7\u00f6kelek (dry curd cheese), Butter, Honey, Clotted Cream, Tomatoes and Cucumbers, Crepes, Chocolate Spread, French Fries, Fried Eggs, Pi\u015fi (fried dough), and Sigara B\u00f6re\u011fi (cheese rolls) are included in their spread breakfasts. Of course, a thermos of tea takes its place at the head of your table before breakfast begins.<\/p>

Kavurma (saut\u00e9ed meat), Menemen (Turkish-style scrambled eggs), Sucuk (Turkish sausage), freshly squeezed Orange Juice in summer, and Pomegranate Juice in winter are among the extra items you can order.<\/p>

In this satisfying breakfast, the olives and Cheese Platter were delicious. The Acuka, made from hand-crushed Antep pepper paste they bring from Antep, was one of our favorite flavors of the breakfast. We also expected the Pi\u015fi and Sigara B\u00f6re\u011fi to be served hot.<\/p>

Also, having Crepes and Chocolate Spread in their spread breakfasts will please families with children. The only thing that disappointed us was the consistency of the French Fries; we expected crispy fries, but we learned that this is occasionally an issue. Dirmil Village Breakfast is located in G\u00f6k\u00e7ebel neighborhood, very close to Yal\u0131kavak center. Dirmil Village Breakfast, which has been serving for years in the garden of their own village house, is one of the oldest among Bodrum breakfast places. \u00a0<\/p>

As the name suggests, they offer you a complete village breakfast. They haven’t even changed the number of tables for years. Because they don’t have thoughts of expanding or hosting more guests. \u201cMore tables require more workforce and would consequently lower the quality of our service\u201d, says Mehmet Ali Bey, the owner of the establishment. \u00a0<\/p>

Don’t expect a flashy environment from the place that serves in the garden of village houses. However, you can expect a clean, sincere, rich breakfast consisting of delicious products under the trees. \u00a0<\/p>

The place, which is only open during the summer season, starts serving at 10:00 \u201cAM and continues until 2:00\u201d PM. They open the summer season on May 10 \u201cth and end it on September 25\u201d th. In the winter season, they only serve breakfast on Sundays.<\/p>

Pi\u015fi and French Fries, which are found in most Bodrum breakfast places, are not on the menu of Dirmil Village Breakfast. Instead, G\u00f6zleme and Menemen are included in the spread breakfast. The ambiance of the place is like a modern farmhouse. When you walk up from the breakfast tables section, you’ll see coops with farm animals like chickens, ducks, goats, and turkeys. The venue is set up on a very large area. Outside the breakfast tables section, there are independent, stylish, and comfortable seating areas where you can drink your coffee and chat. Bozukba\u011f Breakfast Place’s breakfast and service approach is a bit different. This difference is somewhat luxurious and a bit more expensive compared to other places, but we can say that the breakfast variety covers this price difference. \u00a0 What’s in the Spread Breakfast?
