Many people know Xuma Village as just a beach club, but it’s so much more than that! It features a stylish restaurant, exciting year-round events, an art gallery, a modern massage area, a fully equipped gym for professionals, and newly added bungalows—cozy wooden accommodations ranging from 25 to 28 square meters.

A NATURAL RETREAT WITH LUXURY COMFORT

Instead of concrete buildings, Xuma Village has opted for small wooden houses to blend seamlessly with nature. However, don’t be fooled by their simplicity—these rooms offer all the luxury details you would expect from a high-end hotel. There are six double rooms and smaller single rooms available. In the near future, Xuma Village is expected to operate all year round!

One important note: These accommodations cannot be booked through any online platform. The only way to make a reservation is by directly contacting Xuma Village.

Although it might seem like a spot preferred mostly by younger crowds, Xuma Village actually caters to anyone seeking comfort, entertainment, relaxation, and high-quality service—all wrapped in understated luxury. However, it is not recommended for families with young children, as their policy does not allow guests under 12 years old.

Additionally, pets are not allowed. The reason? Xuma Village is home to many adopted furry friends, and to avoid any disruptions, they have implemented this rule.

XUMA BEACH

Despite having a large area, Xuma Village limits its beach capacity to 300-350 guests to ensure a comfortable experience rather than an overcrowded beach.

It features a long, natural sandy shore, with comfortable sunbeds spread out under the shade of trees. There are no private cabanas or VIP areas—every guest enjoys the same level of comfort. All sunbeds are designed for maximum relaxation, offering the feel of a soft bed rather than a standard lounger.

Thanks to its location in a spacious bay, the sea is usually calm and crystal clear. Whether you want to swim or simply relax by the water, Xuma Village offers an exclusive and peaceful beach experience.

PURE RESTAURANT

The chic, seafront restaurant at Xuma Village serves a modern Aegean menu with a variety of flavors. Fresh seafood, grilled fish, classic Aegean mezes, and an extensive selection of salads, pastas, pizzas, and light snacks are available. Of course, they also serve breakfast until 12:00 PM, which is highly recommended!

GYPSET SEASIDE EVENTS

At Xuma Village, things get more exciting around 4:00 PM when the Sunset Party begins. With DJ Cem Tunalı setting the vibe, the fun takes place right by the beach. The party sometimes continues until 8:00 PM, or even 10:00 PM, depending on the energy of the crowd. Special guest DJs also make appearances throughout the season.

A GYM DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONALS

Since the 2024 season, Xuma Village has partnered with Alesta Sailing to offer a sailing school, where you can take lessons or explore nearby bays on a sailboat with professional instructors.

If you’re wondering about water sports, Xuma Village does not offer noisy water activities, as they prioritize a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

However, for those who want to stay fit, there is a gym equipped with professional-grade sports equipment. If you are an athlete, Xuma Village is the perfect place to combine vacation and training. The gym’s equipment is on a different level compared to regular fitness centers.

XUMA MASSAGE

Xuma Village also offers professional massage services. Various massage therapies are available, but due to high demand, reservations should be made in advance. Since the introduction of this service, it has quickly become a guest favorite!

UTOPIA BOUTIQUE

Located within Xuma Village, Utopia Boutique is a small yet stylish shop where you can find everything you might need for the beach. But don’t expect ordinary items—Utopia Boutique features carefully selected designer pieces. From swimwear and sunglasses to hats, sandals, and more, you’ll find beautifully curated products, primarily for women, but also for men.
